Really cool/cheap/simple device that you could use for taking nice macro shots with your phone, or even turning it into a microscope!

I have done similar thing with my old point and shoot camera.

 

Nice glass lenses from smaller binoculars etc work very well. It can be attached with a bit of two-sided tape around the edges.

 

It works very well considering the effort involved.
