Neon Goby Ich

I've been reading a little bit that neon gobies can get ich out of the blue for no reason for a day or two then it's gone, is this true? can anyone confirm this?
I thought I saw my blue neon with ich yesterday and today it looks like he doesn't have it..

Apparently some fish are able to fight it better than others. However, I had one that died of Ich. It could just be the next phase and it will come back even worse. If it where mine, I'd treat all the fish in a hospital tank and leave the tank fallow until the parasite's life cycle is over.

That's the thing, I've had him for over a month along with a YWG the YWG looked fine and still does the neon looks good today, maybe I really didn't see it? but nothing else has been added after buying them, wouldn't he have shown signs of ich sooner

You're literally describing its life cycle.
