Wanting to Start a Nano-Reef

Hello everyone, im wanting to start a nano reef, a 10 gallon tank maybe? I want it strictly for corals, i might decide to add a small fish later, but i just want a reef tank because my 30 gallon with my Clowns in it the clowns kill the corals and they kill other fish. I was wondering what all i would really need for a small 10 gallon tank. there is really no budget, i just dont want it to be extremely exspensive.

Here's what I currently have for my 10G tank:

(standard 10G)

Eheim Jager 75W

Aquaclear 70 HOB w/ floss+LR rubble

~12lbs LR, 10lbs LS

Koralia nano 425

Oddysea 4x18W T5HO - temporary, I'm planning on AI SOL + controller

Realistically it's not too bad, I top off once a day at night and feed once a day lightly, I have some zoas, a Maze Brain, and a nice Hammer, oh and some GSP. Works out just fine for me, I haven't moved it yet but will have to soon.

IMO, if you don't want clowns, I would go with a 5G with a similar setup just to conserve space. You could definitely do a Spec V, some of those are amazing.

I agree with getting an ATO. I am using the tunze nano and it works great. I have had no issues with it and the best part is that it comes with a pump.

I would definitely recommend the tunze nano, it's what I have been using and it as been great. Such a great convenience, got a 1.5 gal cereal container for the water and it holds a great amount of water for a nano tank.
