New Tank - Noticed organism on live rock

So I just setup my tank last Saturday and tonight I was looking at my rock and noticed like white fungus on my live rock. I started looking closer and I saw these tiny organisms on the rock and some hiding in some of the holes.

 

The organism is white/clear looking and pretty small and hard to see unless your looking close.

 

Anyone know what these are and if they are good or bad? And what about the funus looking stuff
