mixing big and small fish

I have a little dotty back and im getting into a different tank and dont want him anymore. I have had him for 7 years and have an attachment to this little fish so i dont want to just give him to the fish store. My brother has a 90gallon and said he would take him so i can still see it and know hes ok. He currently has a clarky clown, wrass and a big goby. I have heard the dotty backs can be a bully but all these fish are about 4 times his size so im worried they might beat on him since hes new and little. This small fish would be very hard to get out once he goes in so im just wanting some opinions if he would be ok to add or if hes going to cause a problem.
