Mixed reef to FLOWR

I might change my mind to switch to a 40 gallon breeder flowr from my 29g mixed reef. i currently having a 18' x 4' x 12' medium size HOB fuge with cheato and a PSK 100 HOB skimmer and 32 lbs live rock in the display for filtration only. If I going to FLOWR do I need to get something else for filtration or I can just stick with whatever I have now? I'll add 10 more lbs live rock for the 40B for sure. I also having two hydor 425 and hydor 600 for flow in the 29g. NO3 and PO4 are on the acceptable level now. Thank you
