It was a nice personal touch regardless and I was not specific. Finn hasn't gotten his official rollout yet, so that's probably why our customer service staff was confused. A couple of our team members just came into my office and explained they made a boo-boo. I wouldn't be surprised now if they send the real Finn your way! Link to comment
