Possible Ich and mystery disease

Hello everyone,

I hope you guys can help me with my unfortunate fish problems. I have a 36 reef gallon tank. I have 3 fish in total: a black and white clown, six line wrasse, and a fire fish. the two fish that I am worry about are the clown and wrasse. First, i recently added the wrasse about a week ago and I have noticed some white spots on his skin. The spots look like if they were transparent and they are big spots (it looks like slime). The wrasse has been twitching and rubbing against rock multiple times a day. I have also seen the wrasse defecate white feces (stringy) just once, but know he is defecating, in which i believe is normal, brown feces (is solid and not stringy). The wrasse eats like a champ.

My second problem is my clown with a disease I have not been able to diagnose. The clownfish has ONE SINGLE white spot by his chin. I've had the clownfish for three weeks now and the white spot has not reduced, spread, or increase in size. He's been eating and swimming very happily and does not seemed to be bothered by the white spot. As far as the fire fish, the firefish is in great condition and nothing is wrong with him.

My tank is fully cycled. Water parameters are ph- 8, ammonia - 0, nitrite- 0, and nitrates - 1.5. I have a protein skimmer and I have a filter that runs floss and carbon. I do water changes every Saturday (6 gallons). I feed my fish rods food and NLS pellets. When I introduce any animal in my tank I have dripped acclimated them. Like I said, everyone eats very well and nobody fights with each other (except in the beginning for territorial purposes), but after that it has been very peaceful tank. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. I want to help out the little guys and I do not want them to die. Also, I took a quick video of the fish so hopefully you guys can help me. thank you in advanced and if anyone needs any more information I will gladly provide it for you.
