ALexpsycho
Are you planning for full zeo or just use those small blue bottles? Great lighting btw. IMO i would use less rock. this is a nice nano tank. 1 Quote Link to comment

Hhah Am I sensing sarcasm ? What's that about ? 1 Quote Link to comment
GoingPostal
Looks like this will be a sweet build. I do agree on less rock though. Going to a pita to keep your glass clean otherwise. Livestock plans? Quote Link to comment

Livestock plans? Thanks man. I took sweet ole time and planned this one out. Hmm,maybe I can flip the top rock around how the bottom one is. I have a bunch d other rocks I can work with. As for stocking,I'd like to get some nicer Zoa's ( red hornets,Rastas, fruit loops ect ect ) and maybe a frag or two of some acans. But as you can tell by the scape,I had sps on mind once the tank was a few months old. Quote Link to comment
Reefkid88
Went to the lfs and picked up some loc-line and a bulk head to finish my stuff for my return. I might have this wet by this week !!!! 1 Quote Link to comment
BRADYBUNCH7
Dude change up the scape! just use the top rock 1 Quote Link to comment

Reefkid88
About to spend some time tinkering with the scape tonight. Also still trying to figure out if I want to so sand or a bare bottom with this tank.. Kind of leaning towards bare bottom lol. What do you guys think ?! Quote Link to comment
Reefkid88
Messing around with the scape a little bit,and I came up with 2. Here they are: This is with the tank long ways for your viewing pleasure.... Now here's the tank "peninsula" style, which I prefer: Still don't know if I'm 100% happy with either scape, anyone care to chime in,go ahead. Quote Link to comment
MyLiquidBlue29BC
I like your original scape the best and the peninsula style second best. Just make sure, which ever one you go with, that you can get your hand or something in there to clean the glass. 2 Quote Link to comment
cthumphr
Could you give me a ball park estimate on the total cost of putting together your RapidLED Triple Puck Light? I am thinking of starting a similar size tank and have been looking at putting LEDs over it. Tank looks promising. Quote Link to comment

If I was to do another light,I'd get their aurora kit. I'm guessing it's supposed to be like the Radion from Ecotech, but 3 times cheaper. Quote Link to comment
Reefkid88
Does anyone know what the general experation date is on additives and 2 parts ? Im pretty certain my 2 part I had in storage is too old to use,but I have a bottle of BWA Magnesium thats maybe a year and a half ( MAYBE ) old. I cannot find a date on either of the bottles... Im thinking about just trashing all of them. Quote Link to comment
Fox690156
Amazing tank! I am looking into getting myself a Nano tank around this size for College next semester(the Fall) lol. And I like your first rock scape the best! Quote Link to comment
Legendary Corals
That tonga branch looks a little funny the way it is, sort of sticks out too much. Love the 1st scape though, epic for a 7 gallon! I would never have been that creative. I'd probably just put one rock in the middle and put some zoas. LOL. Quote Link to comment

It will give you more building blocks, and a better scape for coral placement IMO. Nice tank though, likin it! Quote Link to comment

Reefkid88
Here's a little update... Due to some unfortunate and sudden things I've had to spend some time in the hospital and miss the next week out of work so that'll set me back from getting my test kits ordered and this thing getting wet and cycled longer than I wanted to.. Yay. Hopefully this will give me more time to work out a scape that'll work and get everything in order. Quote Link to comment
Nanofreak79
Hope your doing ok? Nothing good comes fast anyway. I'm sure it'll be a kick a$$ tank. Quote Link to comment

At the moment,I'm fine just in some severe pain. Thanks for asking !!! I'm really hoping so. It won't be anything remotely close to what you've got up your sleeve but it'll be pretty nice lol. Reefkid88
For what it's worth and whomever is following,I think I finally came up with my finally scape that I'm going to stick with. It's got a lot of nice good spots for Zoa's,Acan's and Birdsnests and Monti's !! It also leaves a lot of good open room in the front and the sand bed. Let me know what you think !!! 11 Quote Link to comment

gena
Very nice scape. This last one gives you many more options for coral placement. Hope you are feeling better! 1 Quote Link to comment
