John, I recently ordered 30 pounds of the dry rock and requested that you keep it shorter as I was putting it in a 20 gallon long. When it arrived, I was quite simply dumbfounded at how great this rock looks. Unfortunately I didn't end up needing near 30 pounds of it, but now I have some left over for refugium or another tank.

Thanks for gathering a great product, and for shipping it at a ridiculously low cost (free on the packages!). It really is going to be stunning and I can't wait to see it grow in.

I like my reefcleaners rock too.. nice and uh.. holey... I had trouble getting a decent scape going but after 3 hours, a handful of beers, and a small amount of cursing, I found one I really liked.. and I took pics, the rock had to cycle in a brute trash can for a month, didn't want to forget the scape when I went to put the tank together

Hah! I went the "risky" route and just rinsed mine before sticking it into a bare tank. I figured that since the tank had to cycle anyway, and there was nothing in it, there was no harm to be done.

mine was for an upgrade tank that had to be transferred all at once, I couldn't have two systems running and couldn't risk a cycle killing my livestock.
