Need ICH Advise - Save My Clowns

9 gallon with 2 Ocellaris Clowns, 1 tank bred Seahorse & 1 BRF shrimp. Woke up this morning to a clown covered in white dots. The other clown has dots but not as many.

 

Can I get some suggestions on a quick emergency QT. It will have to be a bucket or tub for a day or two as I don't have a 10g sitting around. I've got an extra filter, heater.

 

Do I need to treat the SeaHorse & Shrimp too?

I had this happen a year ago. I fresh water dipped them for maybe 2 minutes and it went away, never to return.

if they are not stressed, freshwater dip will relieve the symptoms but not always cure it. clowns can actually handle 5 to 10 minutes easily and I've heard some drip as long as 40 minutes. I like to do 10 minutes and watch them the whole time.

 

best to treat them in a small hospital tank and leave the main tank farrow. increase temp, use air stone and copper or chloroquine phosphate.
