so the only things im still up in the air about is the substraight and what to name this build of mine,

for the substraight i was thinking either crushed coral, live reef sand, or the live black reef sand.

got my light ordered, and should be here soon, and i found a great deal on dry live rock, a store will get me a case (40 ibs) for 65 dollars, more than i need so i was thinking of making a rock background, i also made a egg crate top, and doing a leak test.

i started work on my rock wall and pvc over flow last night, i can say the pvc cement knocked me on my ass, and im a scale model builder haha, the rock wall is coming along great, the epoxy is strong and smashed more than enough rock for this project, ill try to get pics up later today

i finished my rock wall, and almost done with my overflow, i think im gonna coat my overflow in crushed coral to make it blend in more

well its been a while since i updated this build thread, long story short, my pvc overflow sucks, it fails at least 3 times a week. so i made a trade and got a 30 breeder tank, and i am planning a slight upgrade, this time my over flow will be done right, today i recived a glass-holes.com complete in and out system, plus a sicce 2.0 pump, i have my sump planned out. now all i need to do is drill my tank and get the plumbing straight, and build my sump. my plan for the sump is to take the 20 long that is my display, glue some baffles in, and wire the lighting. now im wondering if i should reuse my DIY live rock wall or not. i hope to take pictures tomarrow to show you all what im doing, but first my work area needs a cleaning.
