Lazers
Hello Guys - Big Update: 1.) I now have a small RBTA. It has been in the tank for 2 months and has been steadily growing. 2.) I finally made a glass hood to cover tank. Evaporation is basically nil and I don’t have to worry about jumpers. http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000595_zps1a4006e1.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000594_zps9f1b3f5c.jpg.html'> 3.) Clown pair matured and the larger one became the female. Almost killed the male and resulted in staying in a breeder net for a week. 4.) I recently bought a purple gorgonian. It looks great but I have a quick question: is the white tip growth or is it bleaching/dying? http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000588_zpsae598438.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000586_zps3f7383b9.jpg.html'> 5.) I also have a new addition. A small yellow clown goby. He is very shy but adds great colour to the tank. 6.) I cleaned the rock pool and put a small frag of some zoas in. We will see what happens. The alage is really colourful though and adds a nice dimension to the tank. http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000581_zpsb168b8d7.jpg.html'> 7.) What the tank now looks like: http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000578_zps2c86eb33.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000580_zps9d4edc28.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000582_zps03f522fb.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000583_zps86b6a81b.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000590_zps10a2f9e9.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000591_zps3fd3afd0.jpg.html'> Link to comment
Lazers
Hello, just a small update: 1) I sold the Anemone. I felt that it was just not thriving in my tank and that i could use the spare cash! 2) I changes the bulb in my fixture to blue+, purple+, actinic, and blue+. The color is great except I accidentally bleached some of my corals. 3) I brought some new frags and have started to feed phytoplankton. Here are some pics- http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000596_zpsd7402eea.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000597_zps962f9611.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000599_zps14c339ed.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000600_zpsa26f6e30.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000601_zps50a61bc0.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000602_zps812a7c91.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000603_zps3d278bd1.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000604_zps434c8d7f.jpg.html'> http://s864.photobucket.com/user/lazerybee/media/P1000605_zpsa44d5bdd.jpg.html'> Link to comment
hey
This is looking very cool, props for the ingenuity on the topper with a trickle fountain. Basically you created an algae scrubber in an actractive manner too which is also very cool. Link to comment

I was planning on putting a few zoas up there but, like you said, it does help with the algae and looks really cooll! Link to comment
