Sunstar
awesome - so if I understand correctly uou can buy stuff like the gooseneck separately? If I wanted to change to a longer goose, how would I do that? Quote Link to comment
reefist
@Sunstar I just converted my hanging Duo to a 15" gooseneck. There's four screws to remove to open the driver box. Four more screws and nuts to remove the board inside so you can get to ten wires you have to detach. Threading the wires and sleeve through the new neck is the trickiest part. You have to tightly roll some tape around the wire/sleeve interface to be able to push it through. Take a pictire of the wire configuration. I also wrote it down for good measure. tmc13
Hi Dave, I've been trying to reach you by email, but I keep getting a "delivery failure". I'm not sure if it's on my end or yours. I was just asking you to respond to my email about the layout to make sure we were on the same page. I don't want you to have to re-do any work you've started because of mis-communication. Hopefully you see this. Thanks, Todd 1 Quote Link to comment
