Those Zens look great and love that clarity in the pic! i bet without the cardboard packaging, people would have walked right into them.

 

we expanded the Zen series and now we will have 11 sizes starting on July 15th featuring a new 47G Zen. you guys will be the first to get the Specs! hope you guys will come over to set this baby up for some nice photos. will you guys work for food and beer?

 

should've took a shot of the 600LB pallet of Zen packages you guys picked up last week. real fun experience and thanks for all the great feedback.

Just Set up a 50 g Artisan II. Looking good so far. The 500 GPH return pump could have been better through. The PLS-100 starting shooting water up through the cup when I first started it, dialed down and look great.

 

Just waiting for reef rock to start curing and Radion Mounting kit to place up light.

Looking good there! the Modern White laquer blends in really nice with your walls and surroundings.

 

The PLS-100 actually uses the TIA-1150 Conic skimmer pump, so its alot of flow through the compact design of the PLS-100. once you get it dialed in and broken into, its gonna work great.

 

Cant wait to see the tank with livestock .

How to I keep the BR-1 media reactor from leaking on the top bolts?

the top of the BR-1 uses around 6-8 screws. make sure to tighten the screws across from each other 30% at a time (like you would tighten a tires lug nuts). also make sure each of the thumbscrews have a rubber washer on it prior to screwing them in.

All the screws have washers in them. Will retry to screw the ones across from each other when I put in more biopellets.

So I did the screws at 33% opposites. No longer leaking from there, but there is a leak from the top adaptor.

When's the site being updated,last time I checked the zen takes weren't on the site.

Hey Pico,

 

do you mean the Union? if it is the union. open it. make sure the rubber gasket is flush and evenly in place which is in the groove. then screw in and tighten.

Ok saw un unhook the union checks the rubber gasket, it is flushed and tightened again. It is still leaking.

 

The top most part does fits a little off? Is that normal?

Also, make sure you aren't overtightening the union or under tightening as well.
