I placed my order. Then got an email that one of the items was on backorder. I really hate when companies sell stuff they don't have. Needless to say I cancelled my order and placed it somewhere else and saved money. Probably won't be coming back. Link to comment

But this blew it for me. Foster and Smith will let you place an order but they let you know it is on backorder. My heater has been on backorder for almost 3 weeks. Link to comment

There are still a few kinks to work out, obviously. Again, I'm very sorry that you weren't satisfied with our service, and hope that you'll let me know if there's anything I can do for you. GHill762 Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 I love Premium Aquatics.. excellent customer service, quick shipping (plus they are super close to me which really helps), etc.. sorry you had a bad experience with them, but don't write them off my only complaint would be the way the website is organized, can be a bit difficult to navigate imo. I'd rather see all of the products in one category than have to go into each brand (there are other sites like this too, just a personal preference I guess).. Link to comment
