Get your test kits in the mean time. If you're not doing anything to dramatically change the bioload, your biological filtration will catch up to a slowly increased bioload over time. Link to comment

Got those months ago Ammonia, Nitrite, Phosphate all at zero. Nitrate is very lightly tinted so very low levels. Link to comment
