Anyone have any recommendations for a bright LPS or SPS I could try? All the colors I have right now are kinda bleh... Link to comment
Kfmmartin19 Posted July 5, 2012 Author Share Posted July 5, 2012 Also, I have noticed that my SPS and zoas seem to gradually lose color the longer they r in my tank. Any ideas as to why this might be? At first I thought it was the light intensity, but the zoas were already on the sandbed, and after dimming my LEDs down to 60% and putting my sps on the sand for about a month, nothing is looking better! I will post some before and after pics to give u an idea. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Thanks. Link to comment

Kfmmartin19 Posted July 7, 2012 Author Share Posted July 7, 2012 Very cool tank man! Thanks! So, today I walked into the LFS to get some new food and walked out with a Cherub Angelfish. He was just so cool that I couldn't pass him up! He's a tiny little guy, a little under an inch. He's been swimming through the rockwork, picking at the rocks all day. The occy and blenny seem a bit startled, but I think they will all get along. I will try to post pics of the new little guy tomorrow if he is comfortable enough to start swimming out in the open more. I hear that the smaller the fish, the less likely it will pick on corals. I decided it was worth the risk! Hopefully it will pay off. Link to comment

But I didn't mind that at all! I love your tank. The water is crystal; the fish are active, the corals are vibrant and your pictures are wonderful. But the number one thing I DO NOT like on your thread is the title! Stupid box? What is that all about?! I do not see anything stupid about this aquarium. Change it please. Link to comment
