johnmaloney
10000 eyes are better than 2. Have you seen any error, bugs, or broken links since we moved to the new website? Do you feel like the website is slow? faster? Let us know, we would like to improve and NR's feedback has always helped us out. Feel free say to say "negative" things, that is the best feedback we get to make improvements. Thanks again! Link to comment
altolamprologus
I haven't noticed any errors, but I don't like that the new website doesn't tell me how many items are in each category before I click on it. I liked being able to see right away when new macros were added Link to comment
johnmaloney
I will change that now. Link to comment
CAmor07
I love the new website, the only thing i dont like is that after putting something in your cart. It brings you to the cart. I would rather keep scrolling down the screen purchasing stuff then having to go back to the beginning and go through all the things i already scrolled though. But that just my preference. avbarr11
Your website is very nice to use and it's easy for me to find what I'm looking for. That's no mean feat, I know. I haven't encountered any errors so far after filling out the custom clean up crew form and populating my shopping cart . I check out your store every so often to window shop and I really like your layout. Just curious, who built your site? Who's hosting it? Link to comment
johnmaloney
Thank you avbarr11! I built it with help and hostgator does the hosting. CAmor07 - I dont like that either. I have an Ajax enabled cart, but some people's browsers were blocking the pop ups, and for others it wasn't adding products to the cart so we disabled it for now. I think after a reasonable time for everyone to upgrade we will go back maybe sooner. That is definitely near the top of my list now though, thank you for the input, you should see a change there soon. Link to comment

Rollermonkey
John, I'm seeing a ship date of May 4th... Either you have a time machine and my tank doesn't have water in it yet, or that's one seriously long delay for some snails. Link to comment

avbarr11
Ok, I'm having a problem checking out. I've got my order, picked the shipping, then went to enter in my credit card information. I accidentally filled it out with Visa in the dropdown box and got the "Credit card invalid" error. I wen't back, realized that i had the wrong card type in the dropdown, so changed it to "Mastercard" and hit "continue". It gave me the same error as before and when i scrolled down, the dropdown box had reverted back to Visa. This was in chrome. Imma give it a go in firefox. Link to comment
johnmaloney
You may need to exit the ssl area of the website then go through to checkout again, you can do that by clicking on the homepage. It is trying not to charge you twice when you hit the back button, hitting back would otherwise re-submit the charge on that particular page. Maybe I should recode that feature, will think about how to do that, thanks for letting me know! Link to comment
FlukeSlayer
I keep getting an error message saying "An error occurred - Your post is too short" I'm not sure how thats possible. Ive seen many one-sentence posts, and I'm trying to post a picture with a small paragraph?? Link to comment
johnmaloney
Is that on the comments section for articles on our website? Can you post the link of the page giving you that error? I can fix it later this week if not tomorrow. I have to drive down south today. Link to comment
