zoa closed, need pest identified

my zoa has been closed for a few weeks now. pulled it from the tank and gave it a dip. besides numerous amphipods that came off, I also had 2 worm like creatures come out. Need help identifying the worms and how to eradicate the issue.

worm is a bristle worm not fun either.
