tiny worms crawling on glass

just noticed today inbetween the isopods and baby snails i have crawling all over my glass these little worms:

can someone id and is this friend or foe?

I have these in one of my tanks. I've never ID'ed them but they don't get bigger than that and have never harmed my macros or NPS corals so I assume them to be completely harmless

Same here I have seen bunches of them but they don't seem to affect anything. I just scrape them off the glass occasionally if I am trying to get a pic.
