Not realizing they both go in the same chamber >< Do you guys do refunds/exchanges, I would like to keep the media basket ( its a tad to big but nothing a a razor blade won't fix) but yah I won't be able to use the tunze. Please send us an email to sales(at) mediabaskets.com with some basic information or order number and we can arrange an RMA. JBJ has the worst tolerances out of any manufacture. Sounds like the in-take channel was put on with too much silicone and is too deep, razor blade makes quick work of it. Link to comment
