I am looking to get a RO/DI filter. I can't afford any high price filters and this one cost $66.00 does anyone else have this RO/DI filter? If so how good is it?

I have that exact unit. It is OK, but you should really look at a spectrapure refurb. It will cost you significantly less in the long run. I have come to realize that this brand uses somewhat sub-par membranes. Additionally the 5 micron carbon block and sediment filter aren't exactly ideal, you would want more like 0.5 micron. While it does produce 0 TDS water, I have found that the DI cartridges wear out much more quickly due to both the lower rejection membrane, and the fact that the DI housing is small. This is better than nothing, but the spectrapure will cost you MUCH less in the long run, plus it is only $120 initially.
