I'm planning on making a sump out of a 20 high with some acrylic baffles. What silicone or other glue do you recommend?

GE silicone 1. DO NOT use silicone II, it has mold inhibitors.

The only local place to me that sells aquarium silicone... Sell a tiny thing for $22... >.>
I am so envious of you all right now. *Glare*

Why is it that my 1.5l femto tank looks similar in size to my 12l pico?

When you use silicone it's not going ot adhere to the acrylic, you're just creating a wedge to hold it in place.
