Trying to figure out why its falling apart? Its still alive cause its on the glass, but seems to just stay up high. My tank is a year old and everything else seems to be doing ok. Any thoughts??

It's probably starving, do you feed it supplementally or just let it forage for whatever it can find?

We supplement with shrimp everyother day. Should it be target fed?

They fall apart when they starve to death. Asterinas are the only nano safe starfish

Take it it before it screws up your tank

You're the type of man who passes by sports illustrated and grabs encyclopedia brittanica when you take a dump, huh?

Did someone mention Alto ???
Im GAGA for Alto !!

I'd give you a hug but you might stab me

Yeah I'd get rid of it. Brittles and serpents can be kept without much supplemental feeding (I have both in my nano) but the more intricate stars tend to not do so well for whatever reason.

Fromia's can do well in super established tanks, but in nano's still pretty much require target feeding. :(
