Hi

Thankful for id of shrimp, latin name if possible.
My LFS sold these as Tigert Shrimp, Alpheus bellulus... which definitely doesnt check out.

Saron shrimp


They're not reef safe, but they get pretty big and look pretty neat.

Those shrimp look the same, Im sure its the same species. Not all species look 100% alike theres always variations...

The links lak, There is a difference in the claws and some other aspects of this specimen which is what threw me off. Including the "hairs" and filaments off the abdomin and torso I have seen on most saron. Including the ability to change multiple colors.
