I first added sum coral gravel

then i used a a large colony of zoanthids about 1kg instead of liverock
i also added a female sexy shrimp

4 weeks later i added a small gsp colony
and got sum sad looking frags from my lfs
a purple blue mushroom (which has started to split since)
Tiny frag of blastomussa (3 tiny heads)
And a tiny xenia stump ( which was not happy in lfs but now is much better bigger)

I was doing a 30% water change twice a week
but after talking to mark callahan aka "mrsaltwatertank" im changing roughly 280/ 300ml daily
i feed the shrimp every otherday to stop her eating the zoas
And add 1 drop of concentraited phyto every other day

also would the sexy shrimp host it
And i would like a couple more sexy shrimps

my lfs keeps trying for me too buy a trimma goby of sorts but im unsure about keeping fish in some thing so small
