There are quite a few white dots on the back wall of my tank. Some have grown and have a white plant like top. So, is this Aiptasia or something else? Most pics of aiptasia I've seen online are pretty big. Are these the beginning of an aiptasia outbreak? If it is, what is the best solution? Also, there is little flow in that area. Would pointing one of my flow pumps slow or even stop the growth of these things?

Pineapple sponge maybe.

Definitely not aiptasia, but it's kinda hard to tell what it is, but I too also vote for an pineapple sponge or something like it.
