PacificEastAquaculture Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 We always recomend QTing any new livestock before it goes into your tank, no matter what source you receive the animal from. Pest control is something we take very seriously here and strive for, but realistically we're going to miss one from time to time. There's just no way not to, especially when we constantly have new stock coming in. The best way for you to protect your tank is to QT all new arrivals before they go into the display so that you can be sure to catch and treat any little problems before they become big ones.
