any media baskets that will fit in a aquapod 12g?

HI I'm curious which mediabasket will fit best in a aquapod 12g? and which section you recommend I put it in.

Hello-

 

We never produced a media basket for the AP12. It wasn't a high seller and a few years ago they discontinued it.

 

you have two chambers in the middle that would work fine, or maybe chamber one where the water enters. Best option is to make something out of eggcrate.

I happen to have just installed a Nano Cube 12 media basket in my Aquaeuro 12.5 which seems to have very similar dimensions to the Aquapod 12. Infact, i believe the rear chambers are identical. I have not made any modifications to the media basket yet but i may, and i made only one modification to the baffles of my tank. I will be starting a thread this weekend and cover the modification there, and i will also post a link to it in this thread.

Sweet, let us know. I used to have 2 AP12s but think I chucked them both, may have one in storage soon.

 

Dims of NC12 basket are:

 

• Tall - 10-3/4"
  
• Wide - 3-5/8"
  
• Deep - 57mm or about 2-3/8"
