Rick684 Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 Just wanted to give huge props to Walter, Nick, Marissa, & Co. I've had this hanging on my basement wall since 2003. Typhoon 5-stage. Zero TDS.....always! This year, I decided to get back into the hobby, and went to crank it up again after very limited use for the past few years. I had an issue with the auto shut-off & a small leak. I contacted AWI about it. Nick's "front-man", Marissa was extremely helpful in ID'ing the problem and filling an order for a new auto shut-off and membrane. As always, my order arrived within a couple of days as promised. But, the next day I received a "Bag-'O-Goodies" from Marissa that allowed me to completely rebuild my unit to make sure it quit leaking. No charge. Just phenomenal customer service. This is eight years after hanging the unit on the wall! Are you kidding me! What company does that these days!!?!! I would highly recommend these folks and their products & would never buy an RO unit anywhere else.
