I ordered about 250.00 worth of supplies from them and was very impressed with their customer service. Within a few hours of the online purchase I received a phone call. They let me know that the refractometer I ordered was out of stock and upgraded me to a better refractometer with no hassle. I am really impressed I canít even count the number of times I've had to call CS at Amazon, or at my cell phone companyÖ heck or any business, and receive little if any help. Way to go guys keep up the good service and I'll be buying again!

This seems to happen alot at aquacave. They dont update their website very often as far as out of stock items go and will call you as they are packing. I ordered a 70 w AB bulb from them and they called me to tell me all they had was XM. Overall very good customer service would buy from them again.
