saltwatercoral
Nice list, looks to be about $1250! Wow, you are good! It was just a smudge over that because I had to get tubbing and a pump for the chiller that I forgot to add. I also picked up another cleaner shrimp so now they can pall up! Link to comment
saltwatercoral
I have achieved my goal for the day! but now I am realizing that my sump is not big enough for the filer sock, bag of Chemipure, 2 heaters, Reef Octopus Protien Skimmer and 3 pumps... 1 pump for my Phosban reactor, 1 for my return and now the other for my new chiller... I am going to invest in the biggest sump/refugium that eshopps makes (that will fit in my stand) and its the Eshopps ADV-300 advance sump up to 300 gal. Its going to take about another $400 out of my wallet so I will need to save up for this one as well, but its a refugium and a sump all in one! But for now here are some scores of my new additions as well as a FTS. Todays score Coralife .25HP Chiller. (This thing works great!) FTS Link to comment
LongPig
Lookin' good. Criley7 has to change his avatar now. I had an acro crab in my old set-up. It was kind of a grayish color too. Link to comment

It's a great place to work! Get me a job please! I can learn to do anything as quick as you show me. I think the refugium/sump is exactly what you need. It will be nessasary IMO if you want all SPS. The refugium will offer great nutrient export. Exactly what your gonna need when you have a mature reef tank. Link to comment

Get some certifications and it just might happen! That drive for you would be a killer though... That's what I was thinking as well about the refug/sump combo! The fish store guy that knows everything said that I wouldnt need any more of those filter bags any more either! The cheto, would consume alot of the junk and break it all down! I knew it. Keep it up man. Looks really nice! Thanks pshom! Yeah that's how you get all da chedda! Lol, I almost need to sell my body for this hobby! ... On second thought, that may not work... Link to comment
Criley7
You still need the filter socks. They help to reduce the sound, stop micro bubbles, and clean out all the particles that the cheato doesnt break down so it down end up back in the DT. Link to comment

O well. I do like the idea of having a sump and refug all in the same though. How is the mandarin! You have any pics yet? Link to comment
twan
For that price I would contact Tyler a Elite Aquatics that built my sump. Give him your measurements, size of equipment your using and he will break it all down to maximize each chamber. Your will love it. Very very professional. Mine was $300 for 30x15x15. What size can you fit under there? Link to comment
