The Aquapod 24 is not the most distributed AIO aquarium on the market but that didn't keep us from focusing our advancement in technology on it's product line. The AP24 media basket is by far our favorite basket, it has so much design and ingenuity that it is hard to ignore on first glance. This basket simply belongs in the aquarium, like it was there from the start. As if the designers of the aquarium thought it needed a beautiful filtration area amongst the mass produced look of the rest of the tank. This basket slips smoothly into the intake grate of chamber one. Blocking off all water except for what spills over into the top. Producing perfect surface skimming and directing flow into filter floss. It's black front blocks all views into the chamber and it's removable rear door when closed forces water though the unit and the media housed. doulos1 Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 What are the dimensions? Does it go down all the way to the bottom of the chamber? The reason I am asking is because I have a koralia 240 in the first chamber to help flow to the second. I am concerned that if I cant keep it back there I wont get the same even flow from chamber 1 to chamber 2 that I have now. Link to comment

Thats a shame...What are the exact dimensions on the 24 media basket anyways? Is it really that similar to the 12? The 1st chamber on a AP12 is 12" deep, 4" wide and about 3" front to back...what would really be cool though is a media basket for chambers 2 or 3...which is shorter. about 9" tall Link to comment

With so many more other tanks out there,limited time, record order volume, other pojects and it being discontinued it isn't on the table. Sorry! Link to comment
