supernip
your black sand looks nice in photographs. Does it look really fake when seen as a whole and in real life? Has a great effect when only actinics is on though huh? Link to comment
Acoustic
dickie52 - My new favorite coral until I start buying my SPS corals! supernip - I love the black sand! It places on emphasis where it needs to be, on the corals. Everything looks so much more vibrant because the intense glow from the lighting is not being reflected by the sand. I can't wait till this thing gets more corals! In real life black sand in my tank is just like looking at a hawaiian beach! Link to comment
skylsdale
I HATE crustaceans....however, I love zebra hermits. Good work. One word of caution: these guys hail mostly from around Hawaii, and I've heard there are a couple different species. Anyway, one tends to get fairly large and can cause problems down the road; I think this is mostly in regards to munching on fish, which you won't have a problem with. Link to comment
