cju84
I'd second Ninjamyst's tank (the 12.5g). Reason being is that it's amazing. https://www.flickr.com/photos/40199713@N03/15808558932/ 1 Quote Link to comment
metrokat
Damn, Nate is out I see. I would second Ninjamyst, that's a very pretty little tank. I've always liked Hypostatic's tank and it's one I've nominated in the past. http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/291312-hypos-underwater-flower-garden-fts-1018/page-13 I'm sure I'm missing some worthy tanks. This is just lovely. 2 Quote Link to comment

Christopher Marks
Solid recommendations, keep 'em coming! Like I said, not everyone is ready (or has the time to write their article) when the call comes, so it's good to have lots of options! I'm still hunting for December. 3 Quote Link to comment
Chris!
Kats glass on the nook tank is pretty sexy, and she has corals that I'm willing to bet are atleast a couple yrs old in it.... 1st dry tank winner?? LOL 9 Quote Link to comment

Paleoreef103
Hey, we have a couple of crazy reef vases on the site. Why not honor one of them? http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/336169-8-yr-old-reefbowl-1-gallon-vase-update/ OR http://www.nano-reef.com/gallery/image/41852-maritza-the-vase-reef/ One of the criteria for the monthly reef profiles is interesting and unique; you can't get much more unique than the reef vases. 3 Quote Link to comment
CronicReefer
+1 to either of those vase tanks. They are both nothing short of amazing. 1 Quote Link to comment

SquishyFishy
My vote goes to Maritza's Vase....absolutely incredible. To think you are viewing a living coral reef of 2 gallons with nothing more than an air tube is brain blowing! When I Think of all the money I could've saved! 1 Quote Link to comment

Deleted User 9
Peace To All, Happy Holiday(s) To All.. I didn't know about this thread until someone informed me about our Nomination. That's so Awesome! We really appreciate this. I'm sorry that I don't have a thread on her yet. I'm not a blogger and because of my schedule and always so busy, I've created a Youtube Channel, a FB page under the name, "Maritza Vase Reef", where I have one platform to answer questions, update pics daily, and discussions. Please have a look if interested. I've also written an Article for Mr.Albert J. Thiel, which will be coming out on Jan.2015 on his site and Newsletters. I did write an Article for Instant Ocean's site and FB page, and you can find us there under the Expert Tab. I'm trying to be involved but I have so many other responsibilities, so please forgive Me. Now, I'm grateful to be here on this site and so appreciative for the honor. You guys and gals are great!! So to make up for my not having a thread build, here's a pic of Maritza The Vase Reef this morning. The New Video will be up on her B-Day, Jan.1, 2015 at 12.01AM. We hope to continue in this wonderful Reef Relationship. It's been the best experience. Once again, Thanks again for bringing up Maritza The Vase Reef, in such an Honorable conversation and as a Nominee. Blessings To All. 1 Quote Link to comment

Peace Friend. Thank You so much for considering our Vase Reef in such a vast subject and wonderful selections of Incredible Reef Systems. We appreciate this and hope to be even more involved with all. It's in the hands of the votes and deciders. In any case, we feel so grateful and appreciative to have been bought up in an honorable conversation and for nomination. To be up there with the Originator of Vase Reef Keeping, Mr. Brandon429, is so incredibly GREAT!! Brandon has supported our build since Day 1. If it wasn't for Brandon429, there wouldn't be a Maritza The Vase Reef. So thanks for the Nominee considerations and Thank You Brandon429, for showing the whole world, Vase Reef Keeping. Some people keep Dead Flowers in their Vase. We keep Live Corals and Inverts in Ours. Vase Reef Keeping... Another Facet in Reef Keeping.. Blessings To All. 1 Quote Link to comment
metrokat
KleinReef's tank is now 1.2 years old. His journey has been a huge learning experience for everyone following his build. The best part is that he moved away and his parents took over the everyday husbandry. And they proved that our often used but hardly followed advice of K.I.S.S can result in a healthy beautiful tank. 9 Quote Link to comment
