Amphiprion1
I think I missed it in the rest of the thread, but out of curiosity, what grasses are those on the left-hand side? Link to comment
Jacobnano
It is Eel grass ! I found pieces washed up on shore that still had a root structure intact. Link to comment
yoshii
And it doesn't mind not having a deeper sandbed? I used to have some but it didn't seem to like the shallow sand I had Link to comment

Looks great in there and seems to be growing rather well for you. What sort of substrate composition is it in? Have you enriched anything in the area (very well may not have to, given the amounts one needs to feed these systems)? Lighting (if different)? Thanks again. And it doesn't mind not having a deeper sandbed? I used to have some but it didn't seem to like the shallow sand I had Yoshii, it may have had more to do with the temperature, though I don't know the temperature ranges within which you maintain your tank. That species typically prefers cooler water. Link to comment

Oh it was when I used to have my temperate tank Although I ran it a little higher than what Jacob runs his tank at It might have been the lighting, I just had a weird combo of T5 and PCs Link to comment
