How about an FTS? thanks im trading some frags i just with a buddy on wednesday so ill get some more zoas ... my collection is growing! ive come to the conclusion that i suck at taking fts im still working on getting a good one though now that im on break one of my goals is to figure out how to take a good fts Link to comment

I was actually just looking today at maybe getting a pair then I read how they could kill each other or something along those lines. Did you get yours as a pair or did you just buy two? Did you get yours as a pair or did you just buy two? i initially got a pair, and one of them died, and then i got a second, there was some fin nipping at first but now they get along great but and swim around together for the most part Link to comment

Your Zoa collection makes me jealous. the monti is doing well, its starting to encrust onto the holding rack i made when in first got it, the edges were a little bleached, its got its color back around the edges im stoked on my zoa's too, ive been waiting to add to my collection for awhile, now that im on break i have time to frag and go trade like you said ... worth the wait Link to comment

cruzH20polo Posted December 27, 2009 Author Share Posted December 27, 2009 Ok so im in virginia and im still on california time ... so im wide awake I went through some of the pics i took before i left (no worries I left the tank in the hands of a more than capable reefer) so heres an update: heres the blues fully extended hungry hungry lords zoas, zoas, zoas, and some palys and i found a baby pic of ramses wasnt he cute also ive decided on my next addition a pair of black and white clowns ... i had an ich outbreak a while back ... but im ready to add more fish again thanks for lookin in! cruzH20polo Posted January 21, 2010 Author Share Posted January 21, 2010 Sorry for the hiatus Some updates: I got a nice new frogspawn magicans paly's 1 young ocellaris clown, i got a pair one didnt make it =[ AND ... powerbrite LEDs ... the only thing is, its not long enough to light the whole tank, so if i put it the middle, it misses all the corals on the 2 islands, but if i put it to one side or the other, the tank looks 2-toned. As of right now i feel like I need to rescape to make use of the new light. also i need to figure out how to mount the LEDs, im thinking about cutting mounting legs for light fixtures, and should i put them in front of the my sundial or the back???? I don't have any pics, either tonight or tmo ill take some more thanks for looking in Link to comment
