Lalani
Yep, another one...... The 20H is fine and dandy, but I absolutely love the look of the 40 breeder tanks I've seen... and I want to be part of that cool kid club, so here we go! It's basically going to be a 20H upgrade, with all of it's inhabitants being transferred into this tank. All the frags currently in the frag tank will help fill this one out and the 15gal. will...... be re-purposed. Update 9/1/09: Equipment: 40br tank (36x18x16) Tek 6x39 T5HO light fixture Chitload of Oceanic salt 80lb Ocean Direct sand Vortech MP20 AC70 w/ surface skimmer AC110 fuge mod (will come from the 20H) Hydor THEO 200w heater Large magfloat Thermometer Livestock: Approximately 30-35lbs. LR 80lbs. Caribsea OceanDirect sand One occ. clownfish 2x masked gobies Emerald mithrax crab Porcelain crab Snails Hermits Various zoas/palys Frogspawn Hammer GSP Blue clove polyps Fungia Ricordeas St. Thomas mushroom SPS hitch hiker (possibly setosa) Other SPS Yumas Acans Neon toadstool Kenya tree Finally got around to removing the frag rack and moved the mp20 over a bit. Nick's Reef
Wooo Hoo, Lani joined the cool kids club! I'm picking up my 40 breeder tomorrow, it's a great size tank. But seriously lani, drill it, i wasn't going to but then weetie and everyone said too, peer pressure! Even my dad was telling me get it drilled, he didn't drill 75 but has a hob overflow and loves the extra room in the sump and kept ranting about how the display would look cluttered. Link to comment
