I like your fish selection. I was thinking about a clown and a royal gramma for my tank but just getting everything squared away first. I think it could use a little bit more height to the aquascape. Off to a great start though.

What kind of "phosphate pad" is that??? Doesn't seem to be holding them down very much... try using rowaphos or phosban, those would probably work much better, they kept my biocube at zero and I using the max recommended dose per gallon, but not too much to prevent my dKH from dropping. Are you running carbon too??

+1 on more rock, it needs it. Make sure you buy rock out of established, running tanks as to prevent a minicycle.
15gallon (40x40x35cm) TUNZE MACNA promo tank, 1st of only 4 made. rimless, braceless, sexy!

sorry the misunderstanding rotarymagic (I edit the post again to correct the misunderstanding )
i use this phosphate pad

phosphate pad

i cut it in small squares (2*2)... and put under the carbon
now i run filter floss, carbon and phosphates pad
i originally draw this sketch to plan the filtration

Posted Image

but when my caulerpa died i edit the post and take off the picture
