Eric's, a.k.a. Bluezone, 4 gallon nano reef

 

My Nano Reef is an "All-Glass" 4 gallon mini tank. It has two 13WATT bulb system from AH supply (one actinic and one bright white)...running with a mini-penguin biowheel filter and a rio50 powerhead. I have the whole system running on a timer with 14 hours of daylight and 10 hours of nighttime. There's about 6.5lbs of live figi rock sitting on a 1.5 inch bed of live sand. Living in the tank there's xenia polyps and yellow polyps, 10 small blue legs, one small fiddler crab, one heroquin shrimp (i feed him a starfish once every 2 weeks), and two true percula fish(also small in size)...it's a beautiful tank. The only maintenance is once a week i do a half gallon water change and that's about it.  It's been running for about 3 months now and is doing "perfect" (knock on wood)
