a·quar·i·um/əˈkwe(ə)rēəm/

Noun:

1. A transparent tank of water in which fish and other water creatures and plants are kept.

2. A building containing such tanks for exhibit.

I suppose this fits the bill... Technically there isn't any requirement that it be sustainable.

This one I believe actually uses fry, so these fish can probably be in there for no more than a day.

The word "keep" ("kept") was embedded in the definition of aquarium.

I've put fish larvae on microscope slides in a drop of water before. I win.

No gravel. Not contained on the sides. Not a tank.

Oh, the irony. More like lots of trolling up in here. You seem to be unable to have a conversation without resorting to it.

Is a bag with a fish in it an aquarium?

I kept a baby moray eel in a shot glass once. I win. Don't worry, it wasn't permanent...

You said the magic word lol ;)
