Can I just use Standard Fluorescent for the stock category or does it have to be power compact?

I was thinking of using 1 or 2 20" 15w All Glass light strips w/ 18" 15w Coralife 50/50 bulbs. If I used 2, it would still only total 30w.

I have a question about lights aswell. I'm thinking about entering the stock contest up here in Norway, but I can't really buy the bulbs you suggest because they are 110V as far as I know. So my question is - can I use this one:
