Christopher Marks
Mine was from cured rock from Fiji.
steelhealr
Mine was a combo of Marshall Islands, Fiji and Kaelini.....added 'Solomon Islands' later. Don't be impressed..that rock added a pretty nasty red macro hitchhiker. SH
lavalars
Most from random places....some nice figi...but lots from my aunts window wells, LOL.
AMichael
Most of mine is from the Tub at the LFS so your guess is as good as mine wink.gif

Purchased some fiji later that had to have been 90% aiptasia and 10% rock though mad.gif
g0tfish
mines is fijian and kaelanian. Mostly fiji though
Cesar
I have a mixture of LR but I think the majority is Fiji. I think the rest would be Marshall but we are talking about maybe 5 pounds of it only.
Schwazreef
Chicago LFS Bali and fiji mix in the 40. Stright tonga branch from Liveaquaria in the nano.
Daemonfly
Usually get a mix of fji & tonga from Premium Aquatics.
andykee
Kaelini from Dr. Mac. His rock is the best. Period.
reffer9391
marshalls the best IMO
Fishfreak218
um.. fiji from Big Al's (hell ya! i got free mushrooms and Favites from the Liverock Bin!!!)
and um... well Tampa Bay Liverock from another LFS called Barrier Reef (they keep there LR under 150w MH's [i thought that was strange, but cool] )
reefknight
Mine is a even mixture of Tonga Branch, Fiji and Sulawesi! The Sulawesi is gorgeous! Great shapes and colors! Had to vote Fiji because the Sulawesi was not listed.

Bill biggrin.gif
non-photosynt
Fiji plus Panagona LR (less airy kind).
Obsessed Reefer
Mine was all beautiful cured fiji, and one peice cured tonga.
FateX9
mine used to be all kaelini but then i ran out of money so i have some fiji and i will never buy fiji again

100% of my tank is at least 1st generation aquacultured if not 5th generation.
mandarin dragonet
wow, loads of places i have never heard of tongue.gif

Fiji forme
Rene
Mostly Florida Keys aquacultured rock. The other 30% is a mixture of stuff. There are a few pieces of Fiji rock in there (uck, aptasia!), some dried coral bits that I found on the shore and let get encrusted with coraline (no problems there so far) and a "mystery rock" from the LFS.
lgreen
Mine came from the ocean.
travisurfer
I have a mix of fiji/tonga/marshall/aquacultured wink.gif
Phixion
Mine came from my backyard, just picked some nice muddy pieces and tossed them suckers on in! biggrin.gif j/k

I have all Fiji premium in my AP12g. When I set up my Finnex 30g in a week or two here, I plan to use both Marshall Island/Kaelini and Tonga shelf L/R. Maybe some pieces of Fiji too, but not totally sure.
calvin
a mix of fiji and FLA aquacultured
zbryce_85
I like tonga, but in a nano you cant beat Lalo for color...
FLcracker94
carribean rock since Florida is so close to the carribean.
fewskillz
I bought mine all fully cured from somebody breaking down their tank. It's 90% fiji. Then when I upgraded to a bigger tank I added in dry Fiji from marcorocks.com. It's great stuff. I also have a few random dry pieces from reeferrocks.com which I believe they mine in Texas. It looks like crappy fiji rock, not smooth like texas holey rock.
fishes2889
the ocean
Nick's Reef
Mine is a mix of aquacultured and what looks to be either marshall or tonga fusion.
lakshwadeep
I have Totoka rock. Its one of the Fiji island rocks but is light and has many crevices. Its nice because it has branching forms like tonga but also triangular forms. Here is a picture I found from google, although I bought mine from a lfs:

Mine is in 2 categories, so how can I vote?

Kaelini Tonga Ultra Show Live Rock - Fully Cured - from Premium Aquatics
constantocean
fiji. but I'd really like some lalo and melanesia.
scarfish
Tonga lalo, MarineDepot.
CorvetteJoe
You missed the most important option "From a friend's tank"

cool.gif
PBUEHH
fiji aqua cultured.
deepdvnarq
from the las vegas desert! lol! really. it's very porous and has holes all throughout and plenty of crevices. i was driving by a big empty lot with this big pile of rocks. i just chose the pieces i wanted. kinda looks like the hole-y rock on ebay or the dry rock that you get from reefcleaners. it was free!
thebiggster
Mine is from the Great Barrier Reef & man made rock
Exhale
Tonga from www.vividaquariums.com

I feel badly after this poll ! Thats alot of LR stripped from the ocean , and we wonder why coral reefs are doing poorly!

I think we need to start farming live rock if its not being done already . I can't see it being that difficult!
This poll makes me sadd ! huh.gif
DPRoberts
Aquacultured!

This rock has been in my tank for 5 days now:

clockwork john
I have a mix of Tonga branch, Tonga shelf, Terrestrially mined "fossil reef" rock, and rock from a buddy's tank, of unknown origin.
rafapepa
mine's a tricky one - I have some from fiji and some from tonga but it may as well have been reefbones when I got it cos there was no life at all so its also aquacultured wacko.gif
Pablo
The ocean.
wenelyn
Tub at the LFS??
Kraylen
There is no option for "all of the above"
Psychosis
+1. I have a very wide array of mixed rock, probably half the list at least, between the Nano and the Macro tank.
badwolf
To be honest I don't know but where ever it was it came with aiptasia which I have got rid of over and over again and it normally stays away just long enough to make me think it has been eliminated before returning.

As a newbie I first saw 1 on the rock and was delighted when I saw 10 more a week later until Ibegan to dislike them when I found out what they were now I despise them and kill on sight but have accepted they may never be completely exterminated no mater how hard I try.
reefer38
mine came from my local fish stores. lol thats pretty much all i know. i think its mostly from fiji though so thats what i will put
encore
mine are collected from the reef here in Maldives, all are just hand picked to fit my rockwork.

But, I have others.... I would have to identify them. I know I have shelf and Fiji for sure.
