Ok, I'm late to the game but I'm going to pick up a 6 and jump in tomorrow. I've a couple of quick questions though:

I was planning on entering the stock category however, I want to replace the stock pump with a mini-jet 404. It has variable flow from 18 to 108 GPH. I assume that this counts as an exceptable replacement if I run it full open. If I were to run it at less than capacity, would I have to enter in the open competition instead of stock?

Also, can I enter two cubes? I've got two seperate ideas that I'd like to explore.

I'm pretty shure that will count as a mod, just run the original if you want to do the stock

Actually, I think I'm going to be doing a couple of other things besides the powerhead that may be borderline. I'll start out assuming I'm in the open competition. After I've got my thread going, if it's decided that I'm still eligible for stock, I'll enter it as stock.

actually, if you read the rules, it allows you to switch out the stock pump for another up to a certain gph. look on the thread and it's in there.
