its going to be FOWLR, maybe 30lbs of LR. probably no sand too.
evo 1050 or 1400?

I would definitely go with the larger of the two. but it depends of what your other sources of movement are. also on what you plan to keep.
I have an MP20 on my 40BR and its enough, but definitely not too much.
