I just picked up a JBJ ATO for my 24 gallon AP. What kind of pump would you recommend?

I use a maxi jet 1200. What others use:

I used a number of pumps until I got the Aqua Lifter.

It slowly pulls and pushes the RO water into the tank.

I actually just run it on a timer with no valves or anything.
