Got a good deal on a 20" NEP from craigslist today. Two months old is what I was told.
I'm thinking about chopping out the middle part of my BC29 hood, so that the NEP sits partially inside it, and just sticks out. That way I can have the NEP, and keep the kids fingers out of the tank.

Thoughs?

Never seen this done before. I may just end up ruining my hood, but I;ve done worse things in my life.
