Yes, they are. I had a problem with ordering salt from them once. Not really their problem as USPS kept destroying the salt bucket en route. I complained and they overnighted a larger amount of salt to my door to make up for it. If you have a problem with the product arriving damaged they will take care of you. A lot of people on here order from them routinely.

I order from them quite a bit. I have never had a problem with them and they ship out very quickly.

Also they are selling combo bio 29 with stand for $367!

I would like to get HQI but $499 is out of my buget righ now..

Ive ordered everything from them man, they are fantastic. they have replaced anything thats broke with next day shipping, one of the only online vendors i actually highly recommend and always the first!

I have been ordering from Marine Depot for awhile since 06 . No problems yet, if something goes wrong with a product they will replace immediatley usually within 24 hours and with next day shipping...

EDIT: they ship from cali....if your on the east coast, thats a long way for a tank in the hands of fed-ex.

Or UPS, which delivered my JBJ 28, but it arrived mint, as did the stand. Great company to deal with, excellent customer service.

If you live in Cali like myself, use the coupon code NOCALTAX to get your tax discounted from the final price I've spent several hundred dollars there. The combination of tax discount, price matching, and proximity to my home (fast shipping) makes this the only place I want shop, really. I've had one dealing with their customer service. I ordered a 3 tube 60" Icecap VHO retrofit kit, which comes with free bulbs. You have to manually add the bulbs to your cart, though. I added two bulbs instead of three, but after I emailed them they sent the third bulb free of charge (60" bulbs normally costs an extra $20 shipping).

This company is great! customer service A+. Once I forgot to put something in my order, and they sent me the item with free shipping! I have bought many things from them since 2005.

+1. All I have to do is order before 3pm and I get my stuff in the next day without having to pay overnight. Unless I need to have it the same day or on the weekend, there is no reason for me to buy it anywhere else. They normally have the lowest price in town. I have not had any issues with them. Normally I would support my LFS but I can't pay double the price all the time I would normally pay getting it from Marine Depot. Even with the added shipping charges for a bucket of salt, it is still cheaper to buy from MD. MD is the best place for me. There are other online stores around that are good too (Dr. Fosters and Smith, Bulk Reef Supply, etc.) but they can't beat the overnight delivery.
