Hi this is my second attempt at a ycg as the first one I had died of starvation. I have only myself to blame on that one as I only had flake food. This time I bought some live brine shrimp with the goby, some frozen mysis and a bottle of the 1-2mm size liquid zooplankton. How should I go about feeding? thanks
Aquanist

Try brine shrimp first, once they get comfortable try some really small pellet foods, that is what i did. I hope you have good luck as my first pair of gobies died on me, but my new pair is eating.

MIne push its bigger tank mates outa the way and gets its share. Never had a prob. Frozen mysis or brine shrimp

Got one the other day. Made sure it was feeding in the store and it's happily taking frozen mysis. I do use a turkey baster though to squirt it near by to ensure he gets some.

try pellets enriched with garlic. I have a YWG THAT is very skiddish, so I have to sneak up, turn off the pumps, and basically drop the pellets on his head. I also feed with mysis, which he'll zoom out to and munch on right away.
